Coffee Love

Coffee is a part of my daily breakfast. My morning won’t be complete without it. I’d even have coffee than eat a small amount of food for brekkie. It makes me alert the whole day.

I love coffee but I don’t drink more than two cups every day. I know that drinking coffee has health benefits such as it helps prevent Parkinson’s disease, dementia and heart problem and drinking a lot will have a negative effect.

I’ve tried drinking too much and the effect? I woke up with eye bags! Ever since, I only drink coffee once or twice if I can’t help it.

Mussels for the Heart

One of my favorite seafoods are mussels but I just recently found out that it has 25% less calories and has the same amount of protein as beef steak. A must eat shellfish because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which benefits the heart decreasing risks of heart diseases.
