Eating and Sleeping
Do you sleep as soon as you’ve eaten? I’ve been guilty of this since it’s tempting to sleep right after eating, especially when I’m too full. But eating before going to bed isn’t advisable and could be the cause of having a heartburn.
My mom always do this, eating then lying down and go to sleep. I have to tell her about this in case she doesn’t know it yet. Maybe she do know but ignore it. That could be the reason of her heartburn.
I don’t want to suffer having a heartburn so I’ll make sure that I eat at least four hours before I sleep.
